Starship
Foundation
has been
chosen to
receive all monies
raised through
the Lucy auction
items.
Lucy is a patron and a board member of the Starship Foundation
and it is a charity that is near and dear to her heart.

There are a couple
of Lucy items that have been donated specifically to raise money for the
Trevor Project. The winning bidder wil be instructed on how to pay for
those items.
2. Which
charity will
benefit from
the Renee O'Connor
items?
The
Alisa Ann Ruch Burn Foundation
has been
chosen to receive all monies
raised through
the Renee auction
items.
Renee has been involved with the
Alisa
Ann Ruch Burn Foundation for
several years.

3. What
happens when
the item is from neither
Lucy nor Renee - which charity benefits?
There will
be a split between the two charities for those items.
4. Are the pictures and other items personally signed by Lucy
Lawless, Renee O'Connor, Melissa Good,
Steven
Sears and
Adrienne Wilkinson?
Yes.
Lucy
Lawless and
Renee O'Connor have contributed autographed pictures, t-shirts and other
items especially for this auction. In addition,
Steve Sears,
Melissa Good and Adrienne Wilkinson
have also
donated
and autographed
items.
Non-Xena
donations have come from
Dean
Teaster -
producer, writer and director of
Renee's new movie,
Ghost Town.
Every autographed picture that has been signed by
Lucy Lawless, Renee O'Connor, Melissa Good, Steven Sears and Adrienne
Wilkinson that were specifically signed for this auction will be getting
a Certificate of Authenticity (COA). They will be signed by me. Other
pictures which have been donated may have a COA from another seller and
these have been donated for the auction.
5. The site says "Currency is in ($) unless otherwise noted. Is this
always in *US* dollars? Or is it in the $ currency of the country of the
seller?
To keep it
uniform,
it is in US Dollars. Please use the
Currency Converter
to convert from other currencies when paying for the items. Please refer
to the "How To Pay For Items" for more information on
Starship Foundation
donations
in particular, as
those will need to be converted to NZ dollars.
6. Once the sale is over, how do I pay
the
Starship
Foundation for the
Lucy
items?
The
successful bidder
will
pay their
money
DIRECTLY
to the
Starship
Foundation
on their donation page.
Arrangements
have been made with Starship to
work in conjunction
with AUSXIP during this process.

2. Fill
in your details in the appropriate space

3.
Select the amount of your winning bid - use Other and fill in the
amount. Please be aware that Starship is in
New Zealand
and your winning bid will be converted to NZ dollars. All the
auction items are in US dollars. You will need to convert the US to
NZ and pay the NZ dollar amount. Please use the
Currency
Converter or contact me on

if you are having a problem.

THIS
IS
IMPORTANT
-
Please select NO to the question "Are you responding to a
recent appeal that you would like your donation applied to? Then
enter AUSXIP Lucy Lawless Auction - Item Number and insert the item
number of the item you have won. This is important as it will notify
Starship that your payment is for the auction and then Starship can
notify me to confirm.

Starship will notify me that you have made a payment and the item
will be shipped to you.

7. Once the
sale is over, how do I pay
the Alisa
Ann Ruch Burn Foundation for the Renee
items?
Payments
for the Alisa
Ann Ruch Burn Foundation are slightly different. The Foundation does
have an online donation form BUT they have to pay a commission each time
someone pays through that form. Please DO NOT pay
for
your item through the donation form.
To
avoid having the Burn Foundation pay any fees,
arrangements have been made
for
all items to be paid
for
by check (cheque) in US dollars. Please make out the check to
Alisa
Ann Ruch Burn Foundation
DO
NOT make out the check to AUSXIP or anyone
else. If you do,
it will be returned to you and your item will not be shipped. Please
include
a copy of the auction page with the item number so we know which item
you are paying for.
Please
DO NOT SEND the check to the
Alisa Ann Ruch Burn Foundation. They won't know why you are sending it
nor will they be able to ship your item to you. An address in the US
will be the central point for check collection. The items will be sent
out and all the checks will be sent to the Alisa Ann Ruch Burn
Foundation.
All checks
(cheques) need to be in US dollars - international money orders in US
dollars are fine.
8. Where can I go to
place a bid?

9. Can you use the same password and user ID
from previous auctions on AUSXIP?
Yes. You do not need to create another account.
10. How can I register to participate in this auction?
Go to the
user registration page and fill in the details.
11. Where are the items going to be shipped from?
All items (unless otherwise specified) will be shipped
from the US
12. How do I pay for shipping?
Through the VERY generous offer, all shipping will be paid for by a fan
who wishes to remain anonymous.
13. I can't afford to bid on any items, would it be possible to
donate to either charity instead?
Absolutely and thank you for wanting to contribute. Please select the
