The roads behind
mirror roads ahead
Only if the soul does not shed
the light, illumination
and
Only if the eyes to not shed
the tears, recall.

We have some much to learn
from one another.
Soulmates are
the spirit’s lover.
One fights her past,
who seeks redemption.
One fights her future,
and seeks direction.

But still, neither travels,
