Xenite Memorial: It is with profound sadness that Joanna Sandsmark (WordWarior) has passed away. I’m shocked and extremely saddened. Joanna was an incredible human being; talented beyond measure. I’m heartbroken. Her brother Tim posted two hours ago on her FB page that Joanna passed away on July 7, 2025.

This is Joanna’s brother, Tim, letting you all know of some very sad news. Joanna passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 7th. Some of you may have known that she was struggling with several health issues for the last several years and she is at peace now. As many you know she was a smart, talented, generous and funny person and she will be greatly missed.
