and sensibly. AUSXIP strives to respect and protect the
privacy of individuals that visit our web sites. This notice
constitutes our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you expressly consent this Privacy

described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is

No AUSXIP services are directed to children under 13.

you wish to register for the AUSXIP Charity Auction site or
to participate in a contest or giveaway, we request you to
provide your email address and zip code (or foreign postal
area). You are not required to provide this information, but
then you may not receive the services.
• Server Log Information. Our servers automatically log
certain basic technical information when a user accesses the
website, which may include your Internet Protocol (IP)
address, your browser’s request to the AUSXIP server, the
date and time of the request, the language and type of
browser you use, the referring web page, your computer’s
operating system, and any AUSXIP cookies associated with
your browser.
• Communications From You to Us. If you send
correspondence or email to us or otherwise communicate with
us, we may retain copies of the communications to assist you
or for our records.

when necessary, such as if they win a contest or to notify
users of upcoming contests.
II. Information You Reveal to the AUSXIP Talking Xena
Community
Any information you contribute as a “comment” to an
article or feature on AUSXIP Talking Xena Community/Forum is
public. Once you post information as a “comment,” AUSXIP
cannot prevent others from reviewing it.
III. Where Information is Processed′
AUSXIP processes personal information on the secure
servers of a hosting service located in Florida, United States of
America.
IV. Sharing of Information′
AUSXIP will not share your personal information with
third parties unless:
• You give consent.
• The information is shared on a need-to-know basis with
a person or company engaged as our agent to perform, or
contribute to, our services, provided such person or company

personal information obtained from AUSXIP with the same

the case of contests or giveaways that you participate in,

contest, or for shipping purposes.

prevent fraud or security issues; (2) comply with any law,
regulation, legal process or government order; (3) protect
the rights of property or safety of AUSXIP or its members;

V. Leaving AUSXIP′
By clicking on any outbound links or advertisements on
AUSXIP, you are leaving the AUSXIP website, and any
transfers of information between your computer and the non-AUSXIP
website or service you navigate to are not subject to this

VI. Mergers or Acquisitions′
If AUSXIP becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or
other sale of its assets, we will ensure the confidentiality
of any personal information involved in the transactions and
notify you before the information is transferred or becomes

AUSXIP Charity Auction site,
you may login to that account to manage or correct your
information.′Our site also provides users the opportunity to
opt-out of receiving communications from us and our partners

records and databases, or to unsubscribe from services,
