Today, I'm focused on the convention hotel - The Hyatt Regency at LAX - This hotel was the first hotel I stayed in when I made my first solo trip to the US in 2001. Back then it was called The Radisson. It's the last hotel I stay in before I leave the US for home.
I stay at this hotel on my way OUT of the country because it's a stone throw away from LAX and I tend to enjoy not having to stress before my flight about going late etc. The less stress I have before a flight, the better - it's a LONG HAUL flight back to Sydney (14+ hours). It's not pleasant and if you're stressed out, it just adds to the anxiety.
They have a shuttle that will take you to your airline terminal, the hotel is fantastic and they have refurbished the hotel which is amazing. The Staff are super friendly (and I don't have to repeat myself a lot).
