The following is WAY cool - I love Dar and Kerry - characters
that Missy has created in Tropical Storm. Encarnacion (also featured on the AXIP Artwork
section) has drawn Dar Roberts. Way cool pic! Check it out

Encarnacion also has drawn a fantastic piece of Ares on my

Speaking of great artwork Betty Bradley has created a super

ROC File
Some time ago on the Official Renee O'Connor Fan Club page
there was an article written by Jane Treat called To The Roof of Africa and it chronicled
Renee's courageous climb up Mount Kilimanjaro. Since then the fan club page has had a face
lift that article was removed. Jane Treat has once again made this article available to
ROC fans on The ROC File.
AusNews
- What will happen to XWP for fans in Australia? Well the
Adelaide Advertiser has found out a few things that won't make fans of the show at all
happy. Seems like Xena is destined to remain off the air in Australia due to a poor
showing on Saturday - I'm not surprised because
a) They put the show on at 7:30 (which is considered a kids hour)
b) They put it up against the highest ranking shows - Survivors (TCN9 - which has a cult
following) and SeaChange (ABC) which also is a huge hit. What did they expect?
c) They butchered 10 minutes combined from the two episodes!!!!!!

on Foxtel's Showtime network
The movie will air July 25 and 31 (it has already been shown on 2, 7 and 18 July)

- Furthur to the good news coming from channel 10 about the show
being shown on 22nd July. The not so good news is that Channel 10 is testing the waters to
see how the show rates. Judging from the competition - Seachange (ABC) and Survivors
(TCN9) it's going to be tough. Those shows are huge ratings winners so Xena is going to do
it tough.

More from Lucy's appearance at the Queer Awards.
The following is from the Kiwi Attic - Many thanks to Tracey from Kiwi Attic for the
information and the grabs
Described
as "the Mount Albert mum behind the Xena costume" Lucy present an award during
last nights televised "Queer of the year awards". The annual awards for the gay,
lesbian, bisexual community. The award Lucy presented was for "straight
alliance".... (won't give away who received it though........) The show was approx 1
hour long and Lucy appeared in the 3rd set. She spoke briefly about Xena then presented
the award. She was on for approx 5 - 7 minutes. Her introducer was clearly overawed by her
and the audience certainly made their appreciation known.
