CARES -
Safe and Sound Appeal
According to the a recent NZ Herald article
about the ongoing Safe and Sound Appeal, the article stated:
Yesterday, the foundation received a "flood of cheques" totalling more
than $12,000 for the centre from Xena: Warrior Princess fans. The star of the TV series,
Aucklander Lucy Lawless, is the public face of the campaign. United States-based
fans - and many of her New Zealand-based film crew - have already given around $5000. [Click

The Xena & Gabrielle Passionate Kiss Campaign We have one simple
request to make from The Powers That Be: Now that Xena: Warrior Princess is approaching
its final moments on television, please give a gift to us, the fans.
We encourage everyone to write, fax and e-mail R.J. Stewart and Rob Tapert NOW asking them
to have at least one Xena and Gabrielle Passionate Kiss before the season ends. We'd like
to see a kiss with the kind of passion shown when Xena kisses Ares (and more!).

There are two sections on this site - one is the fan page which I originally created from

section will keep you up to date with what is happening with that project.

Out of Darkness is my first novel that
will be published by Renaissance Alliance Publishing in January 2001.
Out of Darkness will be the
engaging stories "In the Blood of the Greeks" and "Land of Milk and
Honey" under one cover. Set against the backdrop of World War II, the book begins in
a most troublesome period of human history, where subjugated by the might of Nazi Germany,
two women meet under extraordinary circumstances. This is the story of Eva Muller, the
daughter of a German major in command of the occupying force in Larissa, Greece in 1944.
Through the intervention of the village priest she meets Zoe Lambros, a young Greek woman
with vengeance in her heart and a faith in God that's been shattered by the death of her
family. They develop a friendship borne out of this dark time, and they help each other to
learn to live and love again.
This book is the first in a series about Eva and
Zoe. The next book - You Must Remember This will be published in April 2001.

Lucy plans on new baby once the show
ends....Sunday Star Times - 22 October 2000
The Kiwi Actress, giving her first New Zealand interview since the announcement
last week that Xena would end, said the show should have gone out with a bigger bang.
"It deserves to go out on way more of a high" said Lawless, 32, from New York.
Most American networks had moved Xena, filmed on Auckland's west coast, to time slots
which were "all over the place" said Lawless.
