AUSXIP has undergone some tremendous growth over the past 14 years with more sites being added (and my workload increasing). I have come to the conclusion that there is a limit to my energy levels! I know it's a shock to me as well but there you have it!
Since I'm an "100% or go home" kind of gal so I want to give the sites I do manage 100% of my effort and I've found that this has been harder to achieve and now was the time to delegate.
