Please be aware that Starship is in New Zealand and your winning bid will be converted to NZ dollars. You will need to convert the US to NZ and pay the NZ dollar amount.

BEFORE YOU PROCEED TO PAYMENT OF YOUR ITEMS, please follow the directions below to convert the auction US Dollar amount to New Zealand Dollars:

PROCEED TO PAY FOR YOUR ITEMS – please follow the directions to pay for the items you’ve won. 

1. Enter the Starship Donation Form

Go to the Starship Donation Page  or https://starship.org.nz/foundation/donation-form/

Once you have converted the USD to NZD enter the amount – continue onto the payment for your item/s (you can combine the totals)

2 – ENTER YOUR DETAILS

1. Select GIVE ONCE

2. In the YOUR DONATION* section choose OTHER and ENTER the Donation Amount (you can combine the totals)
Please remember to add the converted US to NZ total that you did in step 1 via http://xe.com

3. ENTER your personal information  – ie

4. In the section WHAT PROMPTED YOU TO GIVE TODAY? Select from the Drop Down box “AUSXIP Auction” – it’s the 5th one on the list.

In the “Do you want to leave us a donation message?” section:

Add the following:

Auction ID Number: Please add the winning auction ID number. If you have multiple winning items list all the numbers.) Please DO NOT put the Invoice Number. Put only the AUCTION ID NUMBER/S.

If you don’t know the Auction Item Number, you will find it on the Email confirmation you received after winning the auction item. If you cannot find this email, please contact MaryD

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE DONATION MESSAGE WITH THE AUCTION ID NUMBERS IS NOT BROKEN UP INTO MULTIPLE LINES OR IT WILL REJECT THE DONATION.

Select the the Large pink DONATE button on the bottom of the page.

4 – SUBMIT CREDIT CARD INFORMATION

Enter your credit card information. The form accepts VISA / MASTERCARD / AMERCIAN EXPRESS / DINERS CLUB

The amount you entered previously will be located on the far right side of the form and then you enter your credit card details.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE MONTH / YEAR IS WRITTEN AS MM/YY – FOR EXAMPLE: 04/20 AND NOT 4/20. FAILURE TO DO THIS WILL RESULT IN THE DONATION BEING REJECTED. 

Select PAY and you are done! You should receive confirmation of your payment soon after.
