HOW TO PAY FOR YOUR STARSHIP ITEMS THAT YOU HAVE WON

Congratulations! You have won item/s at the AUSXIP Charity Auction to benefit The Starship Foundation. How do you pay for these items so they can be shipped to you? Please follow the directions below. We have worked with The Starship Foundation to make the process as easy as possible. In the event you have a problem in payment, please contact MaryD
PLEASE BE AWARE WE NOW HAVE A DEDICATED STARSHIP / AUSXIP PAYMENT PAGE to make it easier and faster – YOU DO NOT NEED TO CONVERT USD TO NZD as before.
BEFORE YOU PROCEED TO PAYMENT OF YOUR ITEMS, please follow the directions below to convert the auction US Dollar amount to New Zealand Dollars:
1. Enter the Starship – AUSXIP Donation Form

Enter the amount of your winning bids (you can combine them).
The form will NOT allow you to add a comma (for example: $30,00). It only accepts A FULL STOP (For example $30.00)
YOU DO NOT NEED TO CONVERT FROM NZD TO USD – that process will be done by the portal itself.
Click on NEXT
2 – Process Your Payment Here
In the Process Your Payment Here section:
Enter your name and email address.
Auction ID or Invoice No: Please add the winning auction ID or Invoice number/s – doesn’t matter which one because we have a record of both. If you have multiple winning items list all the numbers, separated by a comma.
If you don’t know the Auction Item Number or Invoice Number, you will find it on the Email confirmation you received after winning the auction item. If you cannot find this email, please contact MaryD
You can also enter a message, if you want.
3 – SUBMIT CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
Enter your credit card details. Now if you want to also contribute to covering their payment portal, that’s totally up to you. It helps Starship fund its payment gateway.
Once you have checked that everything is correct, click on the donate button at the bottom of the form.
You have now submitted your winning bids.
WHEN WILL YOU GET YOUR ITEM/S?
Once that is processed, Starship will contact MaryD within 7 days time with all the winning bidders names and payment advice.
When we receive the spreadsheet, we match our records with Starship and then we ship items out.
Please be aware that the address you have entered when you registered will be used as your shipping address. If it is NOT accurate, your item with be sent to the wrong place and may be lost OR returned back to us which will incur additional shipping costs for us (or for you if shipping costs are involved).
