Received an email update from Rob about Cyclone Gabrielle that’s hit NZ. While Auckland has been hit (rather badly in some places), Rob said the family were among the very fortunate. Gabby was very kind to them but really messed up Gisbourne and Napier.
Not so kind was the home of Amber Rhodes – it was demolished by Gabrielle. Amber was Renee’s double on Xena and a fundraising page has been set up to help her and the family get back on their feet.
